Czechia – Construction work – Gymnázium a Jazyková škola Zlín – sportovní hala – dodavatel stavby

The purpose of this public contract is the demolition and liquidation of the existing building and hard surfaces. A Decision on the Removal of the Building has been issued for these works.

Subject of the Public Contract

Newly constructed buildings: Sports Hall Building: The new sports hall building of the gymnasium replaces the previous building at approximately the same position and will be connected to the school building by a connecting corridor on the north side of the object. The proposed object is two-storey, partially recessed into the sloping terrain. It is divided into 1.PP and 1.NP. In the north-east part of the annex are located secondary changing rooms for teachers, toilets including disabled access, cleaning room, technology room, lift and building staircase. In the south-east part of the annex there are 4 athletes' changing rooms, each with its own toilet, washbasin and showers. Two of the 4 changing rooms with showers are adapted for disabled athletes. Along the north facade of the object runs a two-tier stand with continuous benches. Along the entire length of the west facade are located tool rooms and the cleaning room of the hall. In 1.NP are the rooms of the gym, the preparation room of the running track and the running track itself. This is partially on consoles, partially suspended on steel cables and copies the floor plan position of the spectator stand in 1.PP. The floor plan of 1.NP is supplemented by an emergency WC for disabled access, a cleaning room, an EPS room and a UPS room. The building staircase is terminated at the height by a landing with an exit to the flat roof of the object. The roof serves purely for the technical equipment of the object – the technological units are located here behind the soundproof wall.

Furthermore, new hard surfaces and landscaping will be constructed.
