France – Technical control services – MISSIONS DE CONTRÔLE TECHNIQUE

The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit and lump-sum prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the totality of the renewal periods. The present contract has for its object the intervention of the technical controller, materialized by opinions in the conditions of Article L.111-23 of the Code de la construction et de l'habitation and relating to the natures and domains defined in Article 3 below for the design and implementation of operations carried out by the city of Arras, in the field of construction, renovation, or maintenance.
