Denmark – Nursing home construction work – Udbud af totalentreprisekontrakt vedr. opførelse af plejehjem i Bystævneparken

The FSB is providing a total enterprise concerning the construction of two new nursing homes in Bystævneparken, Husum, Københavns Kommune, including detailed design from proposal level to execution project as well as execution of all construction works. The project is located in Bystævneparken in Husum, Københavns Kommune, on cadastral plot no. 4a Husum. The building site is part of the Bystævneparken development area and will be received after demolition of the existing nursing homes Rønnebo and Poppelbo. The total nursing home comprises 250 care units with associated common facilities as well as production kitchen, staff and service rooms. Additionally, a part of the building will be used for external day activity centres. The total floor area of the building amounts to approx. 23,081 m² plus approx. 2,543 m² basement, distributed over two nursing homes in three block buildings and a central connecting building. The task includes the services described in the total enterprise contract with annexes, including detailed design from proposal level to execution project as well as execution of all building and civil works.
