Bulgaria – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – „Доставки на хранителни продукти за нуждите на ДГ „Светла“ – гр. Пловдив, по девет обособени позиции“

The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of food products for the needs of the kindergarten "Svetla" - Plovdiv, in nine separate lots. The separate lots are as follows: Lot 1 "Delivery of milk and dairy food products"; Lot 2 "Delivery of meat, meat products, fish and eggs"; Lot 3 "Delivery of bread"; Lot 4 "Delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables"; Lot 5 "Delivery of canned and packaged food products, fruit and vegetable preserves"; Lot 6 "Delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007"; Lot 7 "Delivery of canned and processed fruits and vegetables, packaged food products and preserves, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007"; Lot 8 "Delivery of milk, meat, meat products and fish, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007"; Lot 9 "Delivery of dietary and gluten-free food products".

The subject of the procurement covers periodic deliveries of food products, according to the separate lots, hereinafter referred to as "stock" and/or "products", in accordance with the technical specification and samples of the technical and price proposals for the separate lots – an integral part of the public procurement documentation. The execution of all deliveries under the subject of the procurement will be carried out after a prior request from the director of the kindergarten or an official authorized by him. The deliveries will be made to the storage warehouse for products in kindergarten "SVETLA", Plovdiv, ul. "Dryan" No. 8.

Pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the ZOP, OPs 6, 7, 8 and 9 are awarded in the order, valid for their individual estimated value – Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the ZOP (direct award), given that the individual estimated value of each of these lots is below the threshold under Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the ZOP, and their total estimated value does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the procurement.

Pursuant to Article 7, paragraph 2 of the PPZOP, the contracting authority provides all the required information regarding OP 6, OP 7, OP 8 and OP 9, including the subject, volume and value of the lots. The contracting authority does not envisage the conclusion of a written contract for the execution of OP 9.
