Bulgaria – Miscellaneous food products – „Доставка на хранителни продукти за нуждите на общинските детски градини и ясли на територията на община Садово, на ЦНСТ в село Ахматово и на проект „Осигуряване на топъл обяд в община Садово”, разпределена по обособени позиции

The subject of the present public procurement is: “Delivery of food products for the needs of the municipal kindergartens and nurseries on the territory of Sadovo Municipality, of the CENTRAL NATIONAL SCHOOL OF TRAINING in the village of Akhmatovo, and of the project “Ensuring a hot lunch in Sadovo Municipality”, distributed by separate positions, as follows:

Separate Position 1: “Delivery of food products”

Separate Position 2: Delivery of meat and meat products, fish and eggs, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and the labelling of organic products

Separate Position 3: “Delivery of canned fruits and vegetables, beverages, and groceries and packaged food products and spices, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and the labelling of organic products”

Separate Position 4: “Delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and the labelling of organic products”

Separate Position 5: “Delivery of milk and dairy products, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and the labelling of organic products”

Separate Position 6: “Delivery of oils and fats, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and the labelling of organic products”

Separate Position 7: “Delivery of cereal and cereal-based foods”, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and the labelling of organic products

Separate Position 8: “Delivery of soups, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and the labelling of organic products”

Pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, Separate Positions No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, No. 7 and No. 8 are awarded in accordance with their individual value, namely in accordance with Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act – Direct Award, as the value of each of the above-mentioned separate positions does not exceed 156,464 BGN and the total estimated value of the separate positions awarded in this manner does not exceed 20% of the total estimated value of the contract.
