France – Application service providers – SI achats du Groupe RATP en mode SaaS

This tender is a framework agreement with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 14.5 million euros. The contract aims to define the conditions and modalities for the supply of an Application Service in SaaS mode for the S2C (Source to Contract) process as described in the Functional and Technical Specification Document. The supply concerns the RATP and, upon request, its subsidiaries. The solution enables the management of the procurement process, including the expression of need, invitations to tender and consultations, the lifecycle of contracts/agreements and the monitoring of their execution, the management of suppliers and their evaluations, as well as the steering and reporting of procurement. The services included in the scope of the contract are described below:

• Implementation of the Integrated Solution

• Access to the Application Service

• Routine operational maintenance, known as type 1 maintenance

• Adaptive, evolutionary operational maintenance, known as type 2 maintenance

• Extension of the Application Service (from the catalogue for additional profiles or files, modules, services, hosting and artificial intelligence services)

• Associated services

• Reversibility

The contract is concluded for an initial period of 60 months from the notification of the first OLS. Unless written notice is given by the RATP with a two-month notice period, it will be tacitly renewed for 5 periods of 12 months each. The 10-year period is justified by the technicality of the solution to be adapted to the constraints of the RATP and to the criticality of the RATP's S2C process.
