The Bürgerstiftung Bietigheim-Bissingen intends to construct a new multi-family residential building at Panoramastraße 44, 74321 Bietigheim-Bissingen. The foundation is a municipal foundation under civil law with the aim of promoting projects in the public interest, particularly in the area of affordable housing. The plan is for a residential building with 6 residential units, some of which are subsidised and some of which are barrier-free. The building permit application has already been submitted, a building permit is available, and the construction design is largely complete. The total residential area is approximately 440 m2 with a gross floor area of around 837 m2. The subject of the present procedure is the Europe-wide award of project management services in a negotiated procedure with a prior selection phase for the project development of the new construction of a multi-family residential building for the Bürgerstiftung of the City of Bietigheim-Bissingen.
