The subject of the public contract is the provision of all services related to the fulfilment of the contract subject, including the processing of project documentation for the issuance of a building permit, including obtaining a binding building permit, project documentation for the execution of the construction, including the supervision of the designer, and the processing of the BOZP plan by an authorized person. The fulfilment of the contract subject will be ensured with the use of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and the processing of project documentation will be ensured with the use of the BIM (Building Information Management) method.
