The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The contract is for the supply of plants: trees, shrubs, perennials, grasses, ferns, herbs, flower beds, annual, biennial plants and chrysanthemums. This contract will allow the City to meet a demand for the maintenance, renewal and creation of green spaces and floral displays.
