Lithuania – Military helmets – Kariniai šalmai

A restricted procedure is being carried out in the defence sector, with the subject of the purchase being military helmets. The quantities of the goods to be purchased, technical requirements, and conditions for the implementation of the contract are specified in the procurement conditions and their annexes. The purchase is carried out in two stages: in the first stage, a qualification selection is carried out - suppliers wishing to participate in this purchase submit applications. Having assessed the suppliers' compliance with the specified requirements, the purchasing organisation will start the second stage and invite only those suppliers who meet the qualification selection criteria to submit offers.
