The objective of the contract is to conclude a contract with a successful bidder who will carry out a business analysis to assess the possibilities for standardising, optimising and automating the processes of the Consumer Protection and Technical Supervision Agency's (TTJA) licensing and supervision procedures, and to determine the requirements for a uniform procedural framework and procedural environment. The purpose of the analysis is to develop and describe as uniform a standardised procedure as possible for the implementation of TTJA's licensing and supervision services, and thereby to reduce duplicate activities and manual work.
