Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Arzneimittelrabattverträge gem. § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V im Rahmen von Open-House-Verfahren

IKK classic hereby announces that it will conclude non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V on equal, non-negotiable terms with all interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies for various active ingredients and combinations of active ingredients from 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2028. The earliest contract start date is 01.07.2026, provided that the signed contract and all necessary evidence, declarations and documents are received by IKK classic by 05.06.2026. Thereafter, the following applies: if the documents are received by the 5th of a respective month within the possible entry period, the 1st of the following month will be the contract start date. If the documents are received after the 5th of a respective month within the possible entry period, the 1st of the second following month will be the contract start date. Entry into the agreement is possible at any time within the specified period, but at the latest by 05.05.2028. Further details see section VI.3.
