Poland – Forestry services – Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Rytel w roku 2027

The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, nursery, selection and seed production, and other works related to forestry to be carried out in the area of Nadleśnictwo Rytel in 2027. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of awarding contracts as referred to in Article 214, paragraph 1, point 7 of the Public Procurement Law, within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the main contract. The scope of the services which are the subject of the contract, as referred to in the preceding sentence, will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject of the contract is divided into 8 parts ("Packages"). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Contract Notice together with the annexes.
