See the description of lots 0001 and 0002 To ensure the necessary capacities for the provision of the services advertised here, several framework agreements with offices for Technical Equipment (AG 1 to 3 and 7 to 8) shall be concluded simultaneously. Accordingly, it is planned to divide the properties into separate lots (Lot 1 BRH, AA, BfJ, Lot 2 BMWE, BMF, BfDI) and to commission a planning office for each lot. As a result of the conducted presentation talks and the evaluation of the fee offer, the top-ranked bidder has the option to choose between Lots 1 and 2, while the next-ranked bidder will be awarded the remaining last lot. If the second-ranked bidder does not accept the contract for the remaining lot, the third-ranked bidder will move up. The contract draft attached to the tender documents applies to all lots equally. The estimated contract value of the framework agreement of 320,000.00 € net per lot is used as the basis for the evaluation of the fee offers.
