The subject of the contract is the supply of “Hardware Equipment for the Cancer Screening Register” (Lot 1) and “IT Equipment + Intangible Assets for the Operation of the Screening Register” (Lots 2 — 10), within the project “Active Detection, Responsibility, Information and Access – DARIA” SMIS Code 352097 Funding Contract No. 155360 of 29.12.2025. The deadline for requesting clarifications: until the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders; The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/ additional information by the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Any response from the contracting authority to requests for clarification or additional information received under the conditions of art.160 para. (1) of the law is posted in SEAP in the specific section, available in the computer system, signed with the extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by an accredited certification service provider.
