Poland – Refuse disposal and treatment – Usługa polegająca na sukcesywnym odbiorze w celu dalszego zagospodarowania odpadów o kodzie 19 05 03 – kompost nieodpowiadający wymaganiom (nienadający się do wykorzystania), w procesie odzysku R3

The subject of the order includes: 1) acceptance of waste with code 19 05 03 from the Waste Management Plant in Poznań sp. z o. o. from the location Biokompostownia, ul. Meteorytowa 3, 61-680 Poznań, 2) transport of waste with code 19 05 03 from the location indicated in point 1) to the final disposal site provided by the contractor and indicated in the contract for the accepted waste by subjecting them to the recovery process (R3). The contracting authority allows for the intermediate transfer of waste to the final disposal site with the proviso that the intermediate stage of waste management can only be their processing (including in processes and places other than the final disposal site). The contracting authority does not allow the collection process of waste to be carried out as part of the order fulfillment, 3) ensuring the acceptance of waste with code 19 05 03 at any disposal site of the indicated waste fraction provided by the contractor and indicated in the contract, 4) disposal through recovery (R3) of waste with code 19 05 03 accepted by the contractor from the contracting authority, 5) implementation of all remaining obligations, including accounting and reporting as well as information-related to the waste management process from the moment of their acceptance by the contractor to the moment of final disposal through recovery in process R3. 2. The order is divided using a tonnage key into three separate order parts, namely: 1) The first part of the order (hereinafter: „Part 1” or „Task 1”) covers the acceptance, transport and disposal through recovery (in process R3) of the waste fraction with code 19 05 03 in an amount not exceeding 8 000 Mg; 2) The second part of the order (hereinafter: „Part 2” or „Task 2”) covers the acceptance, transport and disposal through recovery (in process R3) of the waste fraction with code 19 05 03 in an amount not exceeding 8 000 Mg; 3) The third part of the order (hereinafter: „Part 3” or „Task 3”) covers the acceptance, transport and disposal through recovery (in process R3) of the waste fraction with code 19 05 03 in an amount not exceeding 8 000 Mg. 3. To the extent that the provisions of the order documents do not indicate otherwise, they apply to each part of the order distinguished in paragraph 2 above. 4. The services will be carried out from 04.01.2027 to 31 December 2027 or until the maximum contract value limit is reached. The quantity and frequency of waste collection will result from the current needs of the contracting authority. 5. The contracting authority guarantees the implementation of the order at the level of 20% of the waste volume for each part of the order. 6.
