Spain – Security services – Servicios de vigilancia de seguridad no armada en las dependencias de la Consejería de Vivienda, Transportes e Infraestructuras

The provision of a specialized personnel service for unarmed security surveillance, in accordance with Law 5/2014, of 4 April, on Private Security, and Royal Decree 2364/1994, of 9 December, approving the Private Security Regulation, in the following dependencies of the aforementioned Council: - Calle Orense, 60; 28020-Madrid. - Calle Maudes 17; 28003-Madrid. - Avenida de Asturias 28 and 30; 28.029, Madrid - Calle Braganza s/n, 28.025, Madrid. The personnel assigned to the performance of the contract will carry out the surveillance and protection of movable and immovable property, as well as the protection of the persons who may be in the aforementioned dependencies of the Council of Housing, Transport, and Infrastructures. The service also includes the preventive maintenance of the anti-intrusion system, connection to the alarm receiving centre (CRA), response service and key custody, as well as the closed-circuit television surveillance installations and the rest of the security equipment specified in the Technical Specifications Document. These services will be carried out, in the manner indicated in the Technical Specifications Document, in the already indicated buildings: - Calle Orense 60, - Calle Maudes 17, - Avenida de Asturias 28 and 30 and - Calle Braganza s/n and also in other buildings attached to this Council: - Quality Control Laboratory, Carretera de Castilla s/n, Madrid and - San Lorenzo de El Escorial Palace, Calle Juan de Toledo 28; 28200, San Lorenzo de El Escorial.
