Dalkia was awarded a public service delegation contract for the financing, design, implementation and operation of a heat, cold and cooling network supplied by the recovery of calories from the sewerage network, geothermal wells, a biomass plant, a hybrid plant (HP) and gas boilers. This contract is managed by Dalkia, which is responsible for this DSP and will ultimately supply heating and hot water to subscribers of all types (housing, cultural, education, etc.). The network is made up of 3 sub-assemblies (including fibre laying): - 1 heat network with antennas to the substations which supplies the city of Avignon with hot water, the temperature of the primary fluid at the delivery point is 70°C +/- 2°C; - 1 cold network, the temperature of the primary fluid at the delivery point is 7°C +/- 1°C; - 1 cooling network, the temperature of the primary fluid at the delivery point is 12°C +/- 1°C.
