Denmark – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Totalrådgivning til renovering af Lærkeskolen i Egedal Kommune

These tender conditions concern Egedal Municipality's tender for a Total Consultancy Agreement regarding the renovation of an existing school called "Lærkeskolen", Præstegårdsvej 30, in Stenløse. The total consultant shall assist Egedal Municipality in a comprehensive renovation of Lærkeskolen, and Egedal Municipality has a need for total consultancy in connection with the task's clarification, delimitation, planning, programming, preliminary investigations, including destructive and environmental investigations, project planning of the task, tendering, as well as consultancy during execution and delivery. It is expected that the overall "Project" (the renovation of Lærkeskolen) will be solved through several "Subtasks", which are planned, tendered and executed offset in the Project's total duration in consideration of the school's continued operation. In continuation of this, it is also expected that the consultancy service overall will be divided into the following "Phase Plan" (with the starting point that the Project is divided into 4 Subtasks). Phase 1. Initial Consultancy across the project. Planning and preparation of tender material for Subtask 1 Negotiated procedure for Subtask 1. (It is expected that Subtask 1 is below 7 million DKK.) Phase 2. Execution, delivery and commissioning of Subtask 1. Consultancy during the execution of Subtask 1 as well as planning and preparation of tender material for Subtask 2. EU tender for Subtask 2 (possible option for Subtask 3 and 4) Phase 3. Execution, delivery and commissioning of Subtask 2 (expected to be carried out in stages) Consultancy during the execution of Subtask 2 as well as planning and preparation of tender material for Subtask 3. Possible EU tender for Subtask 3 (possible option for Subtask 4) Phase 4. Execution, delivery and commissioning of Subtask 3 (expected to be carried out in stages) Consultancy during the execution of Subtask 3 as well as planning and preparation of tender material for Subtask 4. Possible EU tender for Subtask 4. Phase 5. Execution, delivery and commissioning of Subtask 4. Consultancy during the execution of Subtask 4. Phase 6. Project completion – including overall collection of documentation and user interests. In the above Phase Plan, the total consultant shall deliver usual consultancy services and – phases either generally for the entire Project (especially in the initial consultancy) and for each Subtask (where tendering is expected on the basis of the tender project). During Phase 1, the final division into Subtasks as well as strategy for enterprise tendering is expected to be finally determined. Furthermore, reference is made to the remaining tender material, including the Task Description with accompanying appendices and the Total Consultancy Agreement.
