This framework agreement concerns the supply of medical oxygen in cylinders, through a system of exchanging empty cylinders for identical full ones, and, to this end, the provision of a stock of cylinders of different capacities (B2, B5, B10, B20 and/or B50) of medical oxygen on a rental basis (delivery, installation and maintenance; emergency delivery) in prisons and detention centres, intended for detained patients.
