Procurement of dressings and sterile surgical sets in 11 parts for the National Institute of Oncology

The quantities specified in the table include the quantities for a 12+12 month period. The contracting authority commits to ordering at least 70% of the total quantity during the contract period. The detailed technical requirements are included in the tender documentation. Tenders can only be submitted for the full quantity. In cases where the contracting authority refers to a specific make/model, equivalent products can be offered under section 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.). In this case, it is the tenderer's responsibility to prove equivalence. Only new, previously unused products can be offered. The detailed technical requirements are included in the procurement documentation. The contracting authority's position is that the 70% ordering obligation, as well as the 12-month extension of the contract period by 12 months, is appropriate and in line with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act and the related legislation.
