The planned childcare facility will comprise four groups. In addition to a nursery group, three mixed-age groups will be created. On the ground floor, there are two group rooms with associated ancillary spaces and sanitary facilities, as well as a management office and staff area. In the western wing, the dining room and kitchen, the movement/multi-purpose room, storage and storage rooms are planned. In the main entrance area, a lift (15 persons/1250 kg) and a staircase will provide access to the first floor and the attic. The first floor will be divided into a southern and a northern area. In the south, there are two further group rooms, differentiation and play rooms, as well as sleeping areas. In the north half of the first floor, in addition to a family office, a therapeutic practice will be established. Additional emergency exits from the first floor directly to the outside lead via a colonnade with emergency staircase to the outdoor area. On the attic floor, there are technical rooms, storage as well as office and archive rooms of the municipal administration. The building must be sufficiently barrier-free and accessible for people with disabilities. Furthermore, all requirements for day care centres must be taken into account. When building, emphasis must be placed on the use of sustainable and low-emission building materials as well as on energy efficiency. The concerns of monument protection and the challenges of renovation in the historic stock must be given priority at all times. The contract to be awarded for door, window, metalwork and glazing work includes 2 units of Alu exterior doors, 6 units of Alu fire doors and interior doors and 4 units of Alu mullion and transom facade approx. 40 sqm.
