Finland – Real estate services – Helen Oy / Kiinteistökunnossapitopalveluiden hankinta

The subject of the procurement is the property maintenance services of Helen Oy (hereinafter the Contracting Entity) in accordance with the project description in Appendix 1. The preliminary duration of the service contract is 4+1+1 years. The selected partner is responsible for the property maintenance, property upkeep and minor repairs of Helen's property portfolio, and for providing an on-call service for property maintenance outside normal working hours. The future service contract also covers the property maintenance services required by Helsingin Energiatunnelit Oy (HET Oy), which belongs to the same group. Other companies in the Helen Oy group also have the possibility to utilise the service contract. This procurement does not cover Helen's process maintenance. The preliminary content of the procurement is described in the preliminary project description attached to the invitation to participate. The documents relating to the procurement and their content will be supplemented during the procurement process, and the final procurement subject and requirements will be presented in the final tender invitation.
