The present contract has the following objectives: - the supply, installation, and commissioning of equipment for pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical parts on the 3 sites of the HUmani laboratories, as needed; - the supply of all consumables necessary for the validation of the solution as well as its operation for a period of 12 years; - the maintenance of the equipment for a minimum period of 12 years; - the ergonomic, connected, and automated layout of at least one administrative area for the encoding of analyses and the reception of samples for the site of the Hôpital Civil Marie Curie; - the ergonomic layout of the sample reception areas and work areas of the sites André Vésale and the Centre de Santé de Fagnes. - the supply of a global information management system (middleware) connectable to the LIS GLIMS of Clinisys, centralising all data from the automates and allowing the daily operation and total monitoring of the proposed solution. - Mandatory options: • For Lot 1: - Physical and IT connection of a random access type automate performing molecular biology tests; - IT connection of an allergology automate Phadia 1000; The Contracting Authority understands by equipment: - the automated chains of chemistry/immunochemistry and haematology; - the various connected or standalone automates and their back-up; - any other apparatus, small equipment, middleware, software, hardware necessary for the proper functioning of the chains and automates; - the connections; - etc. The Contracting Authority understands by consumables: - the reagents, quality controls, calibrators, various solutions (rinses, diluents, buffers, etc.) - the disposables (tubes, cups, caps or others, labels, etc.) - etc. Delivery locations: QR Hôpital Civil Marie Curie, Route du Centre à 6042 Lodelinsart QR Hôpital André Vésale, Rue de Gozée 706 à 6110 Montigny-Le-Tilleul Centre de Santé des Fagnes, Boulevard Louise 18 à 6460 Chimay The contract is divided into lots as follows: Lot 1 “Supply of an automated chain and automates of chemistry and immunochemistry, associated consumables as well as the maintenance service of the equipment.” The tenderer winning Lot 1 becomes the main contractor with the obligation to coordinate the integration and connections, both technical and IT, of the solutions of the Contractors of the other lots to its solution. Lot 2 “Supply of an automated chain and automates of haematology, associated consumables as well as the maintenance service of the equipment.” The award of this lot is conditional on the possibility of physical and IT connection of the proposed solution to that of Lot 1 even when the highest score is obtained. In this case, the next in the ranking whose solution is connectable will become the Contractor.
