Framework agreement for hazardous substance and waste management for renovation projects in existing buildings of the degewo companies in Berlin and the surrounding area - building substance investigations incl. analytics (e.g. creation of hazardous substance registers) - planning and tendering services to support the planning offices of the AG or for the independent preparation and evaluation of tenders for building substance renovations - construction supervision services for building substance renovations - waste management and substitute electronic proof of delivery (ZEDAL) - creation of final documentation

Within the framework of the building plan valid in the current calendar year, the above-mentioned engineering/ expert and consulting services are necessary for individual construction measures in the renovation sector. Approximately 35 individual construction measures are expected per building plan year. The selection of the framework agreement partners (number 5-6) will be based on the fee offer. The allocation of the individual projects to the framework agreement partners after awarding the contract will be as equal as possible among all framework agreement partners, with the respective need arising. The contractor must be able to handle several projects in parallel, as work on several projects can start simultaneously during the contract period. The response time from the call-up of services to the start of planning must be within 5 days.
