France – Agency fuel cards – ACQUISITION DE CARBURANTS EN STATIONS-SERVICES PAR CARTES ACCREDITIVES ET FOURNITURE DE TELEPEAGES

The procurement procedure used is: open procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The framework agreement has 2 lots: - Lot 1: Purchase of fuels at service stations by credit card Maximum annual amount = 1 000 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive (i.e. 4 000 000 euro(s) in total) - Lot 2: Supply of electronic tolls Maximum annual amount = 4 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive (i.e. 16 000 euro(s) in total) Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The total duration of the contract is 4 years, including an initial period from 01/01/2027 to 31/12/2027, followed by 3 renewal periods over the next 3 years.
