No deadline given

Description

The PR de Courcelle is a building to be constructed in concrete, ground plus zero, with external dimensions of 23.10 m (L) x 9.10 m (l) x 6.80 m excluding parapet and guardrails. The building's facades are part of an architectural approach and are clad with wooden cladding on one length and one width. The PR is to be located within the RATP premises of the station, in the immediate vicinity of operational buildings in service. The creation of the Courcelle rectification post includes, in particular: — studies and execution methods, layout, topographical surveys and inspections of surrounding works; Structural Work: — demolition and full mass excavation work; — construction of a retaining wall (approximately 40 m), with a height of approximately 6.00 m; The PR will be partially inserted into a slope, requiring excavation in a constrained/restricted area, with the creation of an L-shaped retaining wall that will act as a screen on one length and one width of the building. The creation of a Berlin wall avoiding the retaining wall with a less dimensioning screen is acceptable according to the demonstration of time and economic gain. — civil engineering work for the creation of the PR (approximately 210 m2), — waterproofing work in extradosale type DEG for the buried parts of the PR; — waterproofing of the PR cover slab; — wet network work including the management of the PR EP from the roof to the connection in the existing network; — implementation of dry network work (1 multitubular 4 sheaths for HTA Enedis and pulling chambers, 1 multitubular 54 sheaths for energy and RATP system, technical trenches, pulling chambers), Second Work: — plastering and anti-dust interior painting work — metalwork: guardrails (approximately 65 m), ventilation grilles (approximately 12 m2), installation of handrails, crinoline and roof access ladders, pedestrian access doors and truck access doors, fencing (approximately 66 m) gates and gateways; — installation of a clear-wood cladding on one length and one width of the PR (approximately 225 m2) — implementation of 2 or 3 catenary and base blocks as well as an associated underpass, necessarily in ITC 2027 (interface with the RATP catenary trade) Landscaping: — implementation of a green roof covering the PR and a vegetalised complex of the ECO Vegetal type (approximately 150 m2) in the environment of the PR and the station footprint. The work will be carried out according to a complex schedule linked to the various constraints generated by the enclosure of the work area, the proximity of the operator, residents and transport users as well as a school. The present consultation is open to variants at the initiative of the tenderer. The proposed variant must necessarily be accompanied by a "base solution" offer in accordance with the consultation file. In order to be considered, the variant must: - Relate only to the following perimeters: o Variant 1 – Earthworks o Variant 2 – Multitubular o Variant 3 – Retaining - Be limited to one per authorised perimeter; - Demonstrate the time and/or economic gain; - Meet the requirements, risks and conditions set out in the present RPC and must necessarily comply with the standards in force, the results mentioned in the CCTP and its annexes, and not increase the risk of conflict with the surrounding works. Furthermore, the implementation of the variants must not call into question the project schedule and the available footprints, nor increase the risks of the project. Refer to Article 1.3 of the Consultation Regulations.
