Belgium – Building construction work – UITWERKEN VAN HET ONTWERP EN REALISEREN VAN EEN NIEUWBOUW VOOR DE HOGERE ZEEVAARTSCHOOL

This contract is a contract for works in the sense of Article 2, 18° of the Public Procurement Act. This contract includes the following services:

- Optimising the reference design developed by Atelier Kempe Thill (AKT) in the fields of architecture (design) and engineering (Engineering). The contracting authority will provide the existing execution dossier, together with a performance output specification;

- Submitting a new environmental permit application;

- Resuming and fully completing (Build) the new construction of the Higher Maritime School;

- Project coordination of the contract;

- Maintaining the technical installations of the project (HVAC, sanitary, electricity, lift, etc.) during the 2-year warranty period from the provisional delivery.
