The subject of the order covers: Medical services in the field of preventive healthcare, including vaccinations for police officers, Police employees, and trainees, consisting of: 1. Conducting examinations: 1. initial, periodic and control; 2. driver medical examinations to determine the presence or absence of health contraindications for performing work as a driver; 3. driver medical examinations to determine the presence or absence of health contraindications for driving vehicles; 4. for persons working on inland waterway vessels; 5. medical examinations for sanitary and epidemiological purposes; 6. for police officers and Police employees leaving for a mission or returning to the country after completing service or work in a police contingent; and issuing two copies of medical certificates/statements following the above-mentioned examinations (1 copy is received by the examined person and the second is sent by the Contractor to the payer indicated in the referral). 2. Conducting a qualifying medical examination before vaccination, administering the vaccine, making an entry in the booklet, and informing about the dates of the next vaccine doses. 3. Participating in commissions specified by separate regulations of the occupational medicine physician (providing preventive healthcare)/representative of the occupational health service. The subject of the order has been divided into 8 tasks: 1) Task No. 1 - medical services in the field of preventive healthcare, including protective vaccinations for police officers, Police employees, and unemployed persons undergoing training, serving/working in the area of jurisdiction of the District Police Commander in Białobrzegi 2) Task No. 2 - medical services in the field of preventive healthcare, including protective vaccinations for police officers, Police employees, and unemployed persons undergoing training, serving/working in the area of jurisdiction of the District Police Commander in Grójec: 3) Task No. 3 - medical services in the field of preventive healthcare, including protective vaccinations for police officers, Police employees, and unemployed persons undergoing training, serving/working in the area of Maków County in KPP in Maków Mazowiecki, BSWP, 4) Task No. 4 - medical services in the field of preventive healthcare, including protective vaccinations for police officers, Police employees, and unemployed persons undergoing training, serving/working in the area of jurisdiction of the District Police Commander in KPP in Pułtusk, 5) Task No. 5 - medical services in the field of preventive healthcare, including protective vaccinations for police officers, Police employees, and unemployed persons undergoing training, serving/working in the area of jurisdiction of the District Police Commander in Sierpc, 6) Task No. 6 - medical services in the field of preventive healthcare, including protective vaccinations for police officers, Police employees, and unemployed persons undergoing training, serving/working in the area of jurisdiction of the District Police Commander in Wyszków, 7) Task No. 7 - medical services in the field of preventive healthcare, including protective vaccinations for police officers, Police employees, and unemployed persons undergoing training, serving/working in the area of jurisdiction of the District Police Commander in Żyrardów, 8) Task No. 8 - medical services in the field of preventive healthcare and protective vaccinations for police officers and employees serving/performing work in the area of Płock County in KMP in Płock, KWP zs. in Radom, CBŚP in Płock and OPP in Płock.
