The subject of the procurement procedure is the award of a multi-year framework agreement for the execution of renovation works for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) installations in public buildings in the Brussels-Capital Region and for the preventive and curative maintenance of these renovated HVAC installations during the warranty period, namely 2 years. • Heating installations • Ventilation / air conditioning • Domestic hot water • Cold production • Miscellaneous (installation of passage counting (all vectors, all types), various works on circuits (e.g. replacement of obsolete pipes), bringing the boiler room into compliance (installation of RF walls, installation of RF doors, compliant ventilation, etc.), acoustic attenuation measures (e.g. installation of acoustic hoods, acoustic panels, etc.), punctual interventions on roof waterproofing as part of the renovation works of HVAC installations, if necessary, installation of the required EPC, etc.
