The subject of this contract is to establish the technical conditions under which the catering and café services of the Municipal Centres for the Elderly (hereinafter CMM) of the Puente de Vallecas District, and at the Río Esmeralda Intergenerational Centre (RE), shall be provided, in accordance with the provisions set out in this Technical Specification Document, as well as the Special Administrative Clauses which constitute the legal framework of the contract, and with the inclusion of fair trade products (coffee, tea and other infusions, sugar, sweets, biscuits, cocoa cream, instant cocoa, pure cocoa, chocolates, chocolate bars and tablets) providing the necessary professional, technical and material support, in accordance with Instruction 2/2016 on the incorporation of fair trade ethical clauses.
