Germany – Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation work – Neubau der Ida-Ehre-Schule in D-23843 Bad Oldesloe, Wärmeversorgungsanlagen

The Ida-Ehre-Schule, a comprehensive school with a senior level, is to be expanded at its location at Olivet-Allee 4-6 in D-23843 Bad Oldesloe. The new building will be a freestanding structure on an unpaved area in the northeast of the school grounds, adjacent to private backyards. The school has identified a need for additional space for specialist and senior-level classrooms, as well as for student recreation and leisure areas. The new building will also provide space for music lessons and school social work. The planned structure is a three-storey, stepped solid construction made of calcium silicate and reinforced concrete with a gross floor area of approximately 1,650 m² and a net floor area of approximately 1,100 m², plus approximately 200 m² of terrace on the 1st floor. Heating will be provided via connection to the public district heating network.
