Germany – Supervision of building work – Objektüberwachung Gebäude

The Municipality of Kürten (hereinafter also referred to as the "Contracting Authority") is hereby inviting tenders for the building supervision for the renovation and completion of the multi-purpose hall including the new construction of a sports hall LPH 8 to 9, including proportionally LPH 6 to 7 as part of the climate-friendly model renovation of the Comprehensive School Kürten (KfMGS) throughout Europe. The preliminary scope of services and the special services planned to date are set out in the annex "Scope of Services Multi-Purpose Hall and Sports Hall" (02 of the annex set 08 Part A). The exact determination of the final scope of services will be reserved for the actual negotiation procedure. The subject of the present invitation to tender is solely the aforementioned building supervision for the renovation and completion of the multi-purpose hall including the new construction of a sports hall (1st construction phase).
