The terms of the framework agreement (contract form, number of contractors, thresholds) are set out in the tender documents. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for by unit and lump-sum prices. This Framework Agreement aims to support the GPMM in carrying out environmental diagnostics in identified sectors. It is intended to provide methodological and technical support on a specific environmental component. This framework agreement is therefore a structuring tool enabling reactivity in the implementation of the environmental analyses necessary for the prior assessment of projects. It involves carrying out technical environmental studies (acoustic and terrestrial and submarine vibration / air health / water and sediments / polluted sites and soils / Terrestrial Biodiversity / Marine Biodiversity) and drafting the various regulatory files under the Environmental Code.
