Framework agreement for the conclusion of subsequent contracts for the procurement of reagents and diagnostic agents, in accordance with the terms of reference and technical specifications for the 32 lots. Framework agreements will be concluded with a single economic operator for one or more lots. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is the 18th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with Law 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented (OUG 107/2017). Conclusion of a framework agreement, valid for 12 months starting from 01.12.2026, for the procurement of specific laboratory reagents, emergency reception unit, anaesthesia and intensive care section and blood transfusion unit. The estimated minimum value of the framework agreement is 510,464.45 lei excl. VAT, the maximum value being 8,110,797.50 lei excl. VAT. The value of the largest subsequent contract is 287,299 lei excl. VAT, corresponding to lot no. 2 laboratory reagents. The value of the smallest subsequent contract is 100 lei excl. VAT for lot no. 29 Urine pregnancy test.
