Romania – Minibuses – Furnizare 3 microbuze hibrid plug-in prin proiectul "Transport școlar verde pentru elevii din Județul Mehedinți"

The contracting authority intends to award the contract with the object "Supply of 3 plug-in hybrid minibuses for the project "Green School Transport for Students in Mehedinți County". The duration of the present Contract starts from the date of signature by both parties and ends 2 months from this date. The supply of the products related to the contract will start from the date of the contract signature, until the date of fulfilment of the contractual obligations in the responsibility of the parties, in accordance with the delivery schedule updated according to the date of the contract signature.

1. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

2. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests will be: on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
