Czechia – Construction work for swimming pool – Výstavba nového aquacentra v Českém Krumlově - Design&Build

The subject of this public contract is: 1. the performance of design and engineering activities consisting of: 1.1 the preparation of design documentation at the stage for building permit 1.2 the issuance of a legally binding building permit, including the incorporation of the conditions of the received decision into the documentation attached to the application for the issuance of the building permit; the conduct of administrative proceedings on the application for the issuance of the building permit and further the issuance and acquisition of legal force of the building permit 1.3 the preparation of design documentation at the stage for construction and a list of construction works, supplies and services with a measurement statement 1.4 the performance of the function of "Health and Safety Coordinator" in the construction preparation phase, including the processing of the relevant documentation, i.e. the preparation of a health and safety plan 1.5 the preparation of a valued list of construction works, supplies and services with a measurement statement 1.6 the preparation of a geodetic survey of the affected area for the future construction site and its surroundings 1.7 the preparation of the geodetic part of the documentation of the actual construction (building passport documentation) or the geodetic basis for the management of the Digital Technical Map of the South Bohemian Region 1.8 the provision of all necessary engineering activities and surveys, incl. the provision of a radon survey and the determination of the radon index of the land 1.9 the preparation of an energy audit according to the "Energy Management Act" 1.10 the preparation of a building energy performance certificate according to the "Energy Management Act" 1.11 the preparation of building passport documentation 1.12 the preparation of operating regulations 1.13 the obtaining of documents for trial operation and final acceptance of the work 1.14 the provision of the design and implementation of the building object consisting of the adjustment of the transport connection of the intention to the road I/39 (Chvalšinská Street) and the local communication (Fialková Street) incl. the provision of all related design and engineering activities, negotiation with the affected authorities, processing of the relevant stages of the design documentation and the issuance of a legally binding acceptance decision for this building object 1.15 the assurance of the acceptance of the building, including the issuance of a legally binding acceptance decision 2. the construction of a new aquacentre in the city of Český Krumlov (new indoor pool, new summer swimming area, toboggan attractions, sauna world, multipurpose training hall, massage, rehabilitation, refreshments, changing rooms, visitor and employee facilities and other operating spaces etc.) 3. the provision of professional photographic documentation of the construction 5. the training of the contractor's and operator's personnel for operation and maintenance 6. any additional works, supplies and services arising from the tender documentation. The contractor, to exclude any doubts and to prevent possible queries aimed at explaining the tender documentation, expressly points out that this public contract is awarded in the form of DESIGN & BUILD (i.e. design and build), or the contractor sets the technical conditions for the performance of the work by setting the parameters expressing the requirements for performance or function (see Section 92(2) of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement).
