Food procurement: Bakery and pastry products, Bread, Milk and dairy products, Lamb meat, Poultry, Pork, Beef, Meat products from pork, poultry, cattle, Canned fish, frozen fish, caviar, Canned meat and pâtés, Vegetables and fruits, Flour-based products, Flour, semolina, bran, rice, sugar, oil and margarine, Eggs, Spices and seasonings, Canned vegetables, Frozen vegetables, Mineral water, flat and natural juices, Various food products, sweets and products for food preparation/serving, Powdered milk. A 12-month framework agreement will be concluded, calculated from the date of signature by both parties, with 1 economic operator, without reopening competition. Subsequent contracts will be concluded for periods between 1 month and 6 months, depending on the needs of the contracting authority and the existence of allocated financial resources with this destination. The duration of the concluded subsequent contracts may exceed the validity period of the framework agreement. The estimated maximum value without VAT of the framework agreement which is the subject of this procedure is 1,367,642.45 lei. The estimated maximum value without VAT of the largest subsequent contract estimated to be concluded according to this procedure is 329,617.84 lei. Delivery of products will be made to the residential centers under the jurisdiction/structure of DGASPC Mures, provided for in Annex no. 2 to the Terms of Reference. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 11. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information in the 6th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
