Open spaces - KITA area

The area to be addressed for the open spaces in this specification, in the area of the KITA new build, is a largely level terrain, see also the attached drawing 2015-003-DET001. It is located at the southwest corner of Bürgerpark Ringheim. At its northwest corner, it is bordered by the parish centre of the community of St. Pius, to the south by Hasselstraße, and to the east it merges into the green spaces of Bürgerpark. In the above-described open spaces, three freestanding double awning systems are to be installed, which are the responsibility of the Contractor. Overall dimensions Type 1 double awning system (2 units): 7.00 m x 6.20 m, overall dimensions Type 2 double awning system (1 unit): 6.00 m x 4.20 m. The construction of the individual foundations for the double awning systems of the Contractor is carried out on site.
