The city of Hürth plans the extension and renovation of the existing Martinusschule at Am Druvendriesch 19 in 50354 Hürth. With the three-storey, fully basemented new building part C, as a supplement to the existing ensemble, the required teaching capacity as a learning cluster concept in connection with a canteen as an event venue will be created barrier-free. In the existing buildings part A and B, the teaching areas will be adapted to a learning cluster concept and, including the administrative wing, will be modernised barrier-free. The outdoor facilities, including the creation of extensive retention measures, will be redesigned in accordance with a modern and pedagogically contemporary schoolyard design. The city of Hürth is looking for a powerful general contractor who is able to implement the project within the specified time frame and to ensure that the school operations are guaranteed at all times.
