The present call for candidates aims to select candidates at the end of a phase 1, who will then be admitted to submit an offer in phase 2 during the consultation on insurance services. In accordance with the Insurance Code, the exercise of the profession is strictly reserved for insurance companies (administrative approval, article L.320-2 of the Mutuality Code and L.321-1 of the Insurance Code) and/or insurance intermediaries (registration certificate with ORIAS, article R.512-1 of the Insurance Code). The present consultation serves as a study order and releases the co-insurers from their obligations to the current policyholder. No insurer or intermediary can claim any exclusivity or priority based solely on the principle of the priority of the insurers, which would be considered contrary to free competition. The contract aims to entrust a professional with the management of the Property Damage Policy, the placement of 100% of the risks, and a mission of advice and support.
