The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organisation of trade fair and conference trips for representatives of Małopolska SMEs and employees of MARR S.A. under the project "Małopolska GO!" - under the programme European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027, implemented by Małopolska Regional Development Agency S.A. 2. The contract has been divided into 3 (three) parts: a) Part I - comprehensive organisation of the trip to the Oslo Innovation Week 2026 trade fair; event date: 19.10.2026 - 23.10.2026, number of participants: 12; b) Part II - comprehensive organisation of the trip to the Smart City Expo Barcelona 2026 trade fair, event date: 03.11.2026 - 05.11.2026, number of participants: 12; c) Part III - comprehensive organisation of the trip to the Web Summit Lisbon 2026 trade fair, event date: 09.11.2026 – 12.11.2026, number of participants: 12. 3. Detailed Descriptions of the Subject of the Contract can be found in: a) for Part I – Att. No. 1a to SWZ – OPZ Part I - Oslo Innovation Week 2026, b) for Part II – Att. The deadline for the execution of each part of the contract is related to the dates of the individual events: a) for Part I – Oslo Innovation Week 2026 trade fair: 18.10.2026 (departure) – 23.10.2026 (arrival), b) for Part II – Smart City Expo Barcelona 2026 trade fair: 02.11.2026 (departure) - 06.11.2026 (arrival), c) for Part III- Web Summit Lisbon 2026 trade fair: 08.11.2026 (departure) – 13.11.2026 (arrival) 5. The contracting authority envisages the application of the so-called reverse procedure, as referred to in Article 139(1) of the PZP Act, i.e. the contracting authority will first conduct an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then qualify the contractor whose offer has been most highly evaluated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 6. The contracting authority allows partial offers to be submitted. An offer can be submitted in relation to one or all parts of the contract.
