Slovakia – Repair, maintenance and associated services of vehicles and related equipment – Servis podvozkov nákladných motorových vozidiel továrenskej značky MAN

The subject of the contract is the repair and maintenance of vehicles of the MAN brand in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 461/2010 on the application of Article 101(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to the category of vertical agreements and concerted practices in the motor vehicle sector and this is to be carried out by a professionally qualified repairer who has the technical, professional, diagnostic and material equipment necessary to properly provide the required services for the relevant type of vehicle, with or without the replacement of spare parts (original spare parts or spare parts approved by the contracting authority) for motor vehicles with a maximum permissible total weight greater than 3500 kg in categories N1, N2, N3, their service (warranty and post-warranty), in the sense of vehicle categorization according to Act No. 106/2018 Coll. on the operation of vehicles in road traffic and amending and supplementing certain laws as amended by later regulations (hereinafter "service services"). The service services mainly concern the service operations prescribed by the manufacturer, the replacement and maintenance of regularly worn parts, the preparation of the vehicle fleet for technical inspection with the aim of successfully passing the technical and emission inspection.
