Purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment for the kitchen of the Wojewódzkie Centrum Szpitalne Kotliny Jeleniogórskiej as part of the task "Modernisation of the hospital's catering infrastructure, through the purchase of kitchen equipment ensuring the safety and quality of patient nutrition" - electric boilers. Contract completion date: Package No. 1 - delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment and training of WCSKJ kitchen staff by 10.12.2026. Place of execution: Premises of the kitchen of the Wojewódzkie Centrum Szpitalne Kotliny Jeleniogórskiej, located at ul. Ogińskiego 6 in Jelenia Góra. Acting under the provisions of Article 257 of the PZP Act, the Contracting Authority informs that it may invalidate this tender procedure if the public funds intended for the financing of the entire contract or part of the contract have not been granted to it. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to invalidate the procedure under Article 257 of the PZP Act, in the event that public funds intended for the financing of the whole or part of the contract are not granted by the time of completion of the public procurement procedure.
