The services, according to a need adaptable by property, concern the deployment of the services necessary for the proper functioning of the sites: - Technical management tasks, variable scope according to the segmentation of assets: regulatory checks, operation/maintenance of the installations elevators, HVAC, CFO/CFA, automatic doors, roofs/terraces, SSI, photovoltaic, IRVE … and minor curative works. - Service management tasks, variable scope according to the segmentation of assets: cleaning, security, reception, waste management ... - Management of GR/GE works, compliance, asbestos - Administrative and legal management, variable scope according to the segmentation of assets: financial monitoring, insurance file monitoring, inventory, monitoring of pre-litigation-litigation and disputes, collaboration on property transfer or sale missions ... - Management of leases and charge regularisation, variable scope according to the segmentation of assets - Procurement process assistance mission, under Client control, variable scope according to the segmentation of assets

The contract is divided into 10 lots according to the geographical scope, described in section 5 "Lot".
