Poland – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej wraz z pełnieniem nadzoru autorskiego dla zadania inwestycyjnego pn.: „Przebudowa odcinka linii kolejowej nr 285 w zakresie wyniesienia toru na obiekt inżynieryjny nad ul. Bardzką we Wrocławiu" w ramach projektu pn.: „Projekty przygotowawcze”

The subject of the Contract is the Preparation of design documentation along with the performance of design supervision for the investment task entitled: "Reconstruction of the section of railway line no. 285 in the scope of raising the track onto an engineering structure over ul. Bardzka in Wrocław" within the project entitled: "Preparatory Projects" including: 1) Phase I - Preparation of design documentation along with obtaining a complete set of administrative decisions including: 1) Preparation of the Programme and Spatial Concept (KPP); 2) Obtaining the final decision on environmental conditions; 3) Obtaining the final decision on determining the location of the railway line or the decision on determining the location of the public investment; 4) Obtaining the final water permit; 5) Preparation of construction and execution projects with geotechnical and geological-engineering documentation along with obtaining a Building Permit; 6) Preparation of tender materials, i.e. OPZ, Scope of Works / RCO, Investment Cost Estimate, STWiORB, PFU for the Automation, Telecommunications and IT Installation sector; 7) Obtaining certification at the design stage 2) Phase II - Option right including the performance of design supervision for the duration of the construction works. 2. Contract implementation period - within 21 months from the conclusion of the Contract (in the event of non-exercise of the Option Right and no need to prepare an Environmental Impact Assessment). The maximum estimated implementation time of the Contract is 62 months from the conclusion of the Contract (in the event of the exercise of the Option Right and the need to prepare an Environmental Impact Assessment). In particular: 1) Phase I – will be completed within 21 months from the date of conclusion of the Contract, in the event of no need to prepare an Environmental Impact Assessment, 2) Phase I – will be completed within 41 months from the date of conclusion of the Contract, in the event of the need to prepare an Environmental Impact Assessment, 3) Phase II – from the day following the day of conclusion by the Contracting Authority of a contract with the contractor for construction works until the time of the (final) final acceptance of the construction works, the duration of this phase is estimated at 21 months (Option Right) 4) between Phase I and Phase II, a tender procedure will take place, the estimated duration of which is 6 months.
