The procurement was requested through the Necessity and Opportunity Report no. 18346/19.10.2026, prepared by the Technical Department UCC, INV and ISCIR, of Societatii Electrocentrale Craiova SA. The technical requirements for the requested services are specified in the terms of reference no. 18348/19.10.2026, prepared by the Technical Department UCC, INV and ISCIR, of Societatii Electrocentrale Craiova SA. The service is requested for the guarding of facilities, assets and valuables, the protection of facilities and persons from SE Craiova SA, being an important industrial objective for the production of electrical and thermal energy, which requires permanent guarding. Guarding of the facility is necessary to prevent the theft of spare parts and materials as well as to ensure the security of installations and equipment. The guarding service must be provided in accordance with law no. 333/2003 on "the guarding of facilities, assets, valuables and the protection of persons" and Government Decision 301/2012 for "the approval of methodological norms" for the application of law 333/2003, by specialised firms. Clarification requests shall be made 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders in the questions section in SEAP, and the contracting entity's response shall be transmitted at least 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, the contracting entity will respond to clarification requests submitted up to the set deadline upon receipt of these.
