Netherlands – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – A08.574.2025 RAW Raamovereenkomst Groenrenovaties Oegstgeest

The municipality of Oegstgeest will, over the coming years, on a project basis, redevelop/renovate/renew green spaces at various locations. The municipality wishes to contract, for the coming years, one (1) supplier who, under a Framework Agreement, will be responsible for the green renovation projects of the municipality of Oegstgeest. Based on historical data and a forecast of the required green renovations in the coming years, the annual contract value is estimated to be within a certain range. This range has been set between €1,000,000 and €1,750,000. The total estimated contract value for the entire contract, based on the maximum duration of the Framework Agreement of four (4) years, is between €4,000,000 and €7,000,000. The contracting authority has set the maximum contract value under the Framework Agreement at €7,500,000, excl. VAT for the full duration of the Framework Agreement (including any possible extensions).
