Germany – Engineering design services for mechanical and electrical installations for buildings – öTW_Technische Ausrüstung HLS (inkl. Bedetechnik)_Bad Soden-Salmünster, Spessart Therme, 6196-25

The city of Bad Soden-Salmünster plans the partial demolition with subsequent reconstruction and comprehensive renovation of the existing Spessart Therme Bad Soden - Salmünster. The Spessart Therme is a facility that has had its functions expanded and adapted to requirements since the 1970s. Almost all areas of the spa, with the exception of the 25-metre swimming pool, are in need of renovation or no longer meet today's expected standards. The responsible parties of the spa operation have decided on a partial reconstruction of the spa and fundamental renovations of the remaining areas, including the brine well systems. The outdoor facilities are also to be redesigned. The total construction costs for the project (KGR 300-600) are estimated at approximately 29 million EUR net. Completion is planned by the end of 2030. Services for the technical equipment planning according to § 55 Abs. 3 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 15.1 HOAI in plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7 (especially bathing technology) and 8 as well as further special services are to be procured.
