The dynamic procurement system in question will be established for the procurement of remotely reported overhead line fault indicators as well as related software for installation, configuration and monitoring of the devices, in accordance with the specifications of Annex 2a and Annex 1. All suitable candidates will be admitted to the dynamic procurement system. Subsequently, depending on the contracting authority's needs (separately per category), invitations to tender will be issued (see also point 5).
